Cancellation Policy
I kindly require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all appointment cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% fee of the scheduled service total, charged to the card on file.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, without prior communication, it may result in a shortened service or need to reschedule, depending on availability. In this case, a 50% fee of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.
Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 100% fee of the scheduled service total, charged to the card on file.
